Shipping policy

Each item is made to order, and as such may take longer to process. Please allow 5 to 10 business days (Monday - Friday) from the date your order was placed for your order to ship.   If you have not received a tracking number by the 10th business day (Monday - Friday), please contact us. Please note that the time frame for shipping may vary for custom orders. Please contact marlenesimoneja@gmail.com to confirm shipment of custom orders.
