Refund policy
Marlene Simone Collection, LLC prides itself in taking the absolute care in ensuring each item is meticulously stitched, and accurately sized. We have provided a size chart for each customer to choose their correct measurements from. In light of this, please note that due to COVID-19, refunds and exchanges will ONLY be done under extreme circumstances. We thank you for your humble understanding regarding this matter. In an effort to keep our current return policy, please read the product description to ensure you're ordering the correct size. In the event that the return circumstance is classified as extreme, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags in place, no cologne scent, no detergent scent, no rips, cuts, tears, stains, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and the return must take place within 30 days of receipt.
Extreme Circumstances
An extreme circumstance include:
- You received a different item/size from what you ordered
- The item received was damaged or defective

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will ONLY accept returns on incorrect, damaged or defective items. We do not accept returns for customized items or the incorrect size chosen. Each item's measurements will be listed. Please make sure to choose accordingly. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
